ON INGRATITUDE.
Ingratitude, that bratt of hell,
Her character no tongue can tell:
She wears a gown of fair disguise,
A gaudy case stuff'd full of guile and lies.
Deceiving every one that trusts her,
The d----l himself cou'd never worst her.
